ARA Asset Management puts new Asia-focused fund on market

ARA Asset Management, a global integrated real assets fund manager, has launched its newest real estate fund, ARA Real Estate Partners Asia II, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts. A fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.

ARA Real Estate Partners Asia II is a real estate fund that will invest in opportunities in diverse real estate sectors throughout the Asia Pacific region.

ARA Asset Management has 40 acquisitions through its ARA Private Funds, a private equity real estate manager, in 16 cities with $9 billion in assets under management.
