Amsterdam sustainable mixed-use project sells for €300m

Sustainable office developer OVG Real Estate has sold its mixed-use development, The Valley, in Amsterdam to the RJB Group of Cos. for €300 million ($360 million).

Construction began in August 2017 and the completion of the building is expected in 2021.

The green-terraced towers will include apartments, offices, underground parking, a sky bar, and various retail and cultural facilities. The total area of The ​​Valley is approximately 807,293 square feet with a maximum height of about 330 feet for the tallest tower of the building. The project includes 196 apartments, seven stories of offices and a three-story parking lot.
