American Landmark Apartments acquires Jacksonville, Fla., apartment community

American Landmark Apartments has acquired The Wimberly at Deerwood, a 322-unit apartment community located in the sought-after Deerwood submarket of southeast Jacksonville, Fla.

This is the Tampa-based firm’s sixth community in the Jacksonville metropolitan area.

American Landmark will conduct an extensive renovation and repositioning plan, elevating this property – now called “The Drake at Deerwood” – to the status of a best-in-class, luxury residential community in the city.
