Alma Property Partners closes on €255m for second pan-Nordic fund

Stockholm-based Alma Property Partners, a real estate investment company focused on the Nordic Region, has raised €255 million ($278 million) for its second pan-Nordic opportunistic real estate fund, Alma Property Partners II.

The fund exceeded the firm’s €250 million ($272 million) fundraising target.

Alma Property Partners II focuses on commercial and residential property investments in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. It is backed mainly by institutional investors from Sweden, Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

The fund has an investment capacity of more than €600 million ($654 million).

“Reaching the target for Fund II is a major milestone for the organization,” said Sloan Wobbeking, partner and CEO at Alma Property Partners. “The new capital has allowed us to continue building the team and open a new office in Copenhagen.”
