Alexandria Real Estate launches turnkey office and lab suites

Alexandria Real Estate Equities, an urban office REIT uniquely focused on collaborative life science and technology campuses in AAA innovation clusters, has launched Alexandria GradLabs, which will offer life sciences companies fully furnished office and laboratory suites.

The first project, in San Diego, will be 98,000 square feet and will deliver in 2020. Alexandria has executed an initial lease at 9880 Campus Point Drive.
