Affinius Capital originates $112m loan to refinance 440-unit multifamily development in Yonkers, N.Y.

Affinius Capital announced the closing of a $112.7 million loan to refinance Alexander Crossing, a newly delivered 440-unit multifamily building located next to the Yonkers Metro North train station and along the Hudson River waterfront in downtown Yonkers, N.Y. The loan was made to a joint venture between Rose Associates and Battery Global Advisors.

“Alexander Crossing is a high-quality asset that is well located within the downtown Yonkers neighborhood,” said David Greenburg, managing director at Affinius Capital. “The product is well amenitized and has been well received by the market. We are excited to continue our relationship with Rose Associates and to work with Battery Global Advisors.”

Alexander Crossing offers 440 apartment units split between 119 studios, 218 one-bedrooms, 90 two-bedrooms and 13 three-bedrooms as well as 443 parking spaces in a structured parking garage. The property features high quality finishes such as stainless steel appliances,
