AEW completes development and fully let logistics asset near Milan

AEW has completed a 38,500-square-meter (414,410-square-foot) logistics asset in Calvenzano, Italy, on behalf of LOGISTIS, its specialist pan-European logistics strategy.

AEW acquired the brownfield site in 2022, and development was completed in the same year. The asset has achieved BREEAM New Construction "Very Good" certification, and AEW is currently installing a photovoltaic panel system on the roof, which is expected to be complete by the end of the year.
