AEW acquires urban logistics asset in Paris for LOGISTIS

AEW has completed the off-market acquisition of a 4,500 square-meter (48,438-square-foot) urban logistics asset on behalf of LOGISTIS, its specialist Pan-European logistics strategy.

The asset, which was fully refurbished and restructured in 2022 by Altarea Commerce with the assistance of the developer CORSALIS Logistics Real Estate, is fully occupied by La Belle Vie, an online food retailer in the Paris area that is using the entire space as a local distribution facility serving the French capital.

Situated in the heart of Paris’ 12th district with direct access to the Paris ring road and other inner-city routes, the asset benefits from access to 5 million consumers living less than 30 minutes away by bike and car. Delivery flows from this asset will be operated predominantly via green transport methods, with electric-charging points installed.
