Adventum International acquires 16-story Polish financial center

by Kali Persall

Adventum International, a boutique investment fund manager in Malta, an archipelago in the central Mediterranean, has acquired the 18,000-square-meter (194,000-square-foot) Poznan Financial Center office building in Poland for an undisclosed sum.

The seller was Peakside Capital Advisors, a specialist European real estate private equity firm based in Germany.

Poznan Financial Center is the second-tallest building in Poznam, Poland, at 91 meters (298 feet) high, according to Peakside. The 16-story, class A asset is located in the Stare Miasto district in Malta and is 100 percent let to tenants such as Santander Bank, Medicover and Sonalake.

Completed in 2001, the building was last refurbished between 2015 and 2018.

The transaction marks the final divestment for a value-add separate account managed by Peakside. For Adventum, the acquisition is the first investment in the CEE region under its Adventum QUARTUM real estate fund.
