Adrian Baker named CEO of CBRE Global Investors Asia Pacific

CBRE Global Investors has promoted Adrian Baker to CEO for the firm’s Asia Pacific business. Baker, who is based in Singapore, succeeds Richard Price, who has relocated to the United States and will be leaving the firm Nov. 7.

Baker, who joined CBRE Global Investors in 2007, most recently has been serving as the CIO for Asia Pacific with responsibility for all direct real estate investment and asset management activity across the region. He has 20 years’ experience in the industry covering a wide range of sectors from office, retail and industrial to more niche property types.

Baker, who will continue to serve as CIO for the region, is well-positioned to take on new responsibilities as regional CEO.
