Accolade pays €115m for Polish industrial park

Accolade, an international investor in industrial real estate, has secured new investment in Lublin voivodeship, Poland for €115 million ($126 million).

The industrial park will consist of two buildings, offering 54,000 square meters (581,251 square feet) of modern warehouse space. Most of the space already has been leased to three companies from the manufacturing and logistics industries.

The park will be located just 1 kilometer (0.62 mile) from the border of the city of Lublin, Poland, where Accolade has another warehouse park.
