What are the fundamental drivers of the different debt opportunity sets in the U.S. real estate market today? We will examine what credit markets are telling us about future opportunities in the equity and debt spaces today. Discussions will include a look at interest rate, inflation and real estate cycle trends in terms of how they fit historically and what emerging investment opportunities are developing today. In the next session, we dive into the debt capital stack, starting with mezzanine debt. We will define how and why this part of the market is attractive today and moving forward. We also will examine how managers differentiate and price various types of risk and the various strategies and tools used to manage risks for investors. To wrap up our program, we will define how and why senior debt offers compelling opportunities today and in the future in both public and private markets.
