Institutional Real Estate, Inc. is excited to announce its newest initiative, IREI : LIVE! A new Virtual Conference Series focusing on the most significant issues the industry is facing in today's climate. IREI : LIVE will be produced seven times in 2021. The series will start in May.
IREI : LIVE’s panels will feature the IREI commitment of a one-to-one LP/GP ratio on each panel with a combination of four to six GPs and LPs spread out over two or three panels per event.
The live panels will be tailored to topics that are pertinent to each individual firm’s expertise and knowledge so that you can demonstrate your wisdom on a series of topics, which include:

Loretta Clodfelter is senior editor of Institutional Real Estate Americas, the award-winning flagship publication of San Ramon, Calif.–based Institutional Real Estate, Inc. She has edited the publication since 2015. She has more than 15 years of experience covering the commercial and institutional real estate industry, first with REITStreet and Institutional Real Estate Newsline (IREN), and then as production editor of Institutional Real Estate Europe and copyeditor for all of IREI’s products. Loretta has a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Mills College.
TJ Hofheimer

Thomas (TJ) Hofheimer is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of real estate equity and mortgage investments, focusing on preserving and enhancing the value and return of the investments. Additionally, he is the portfolio manager of the National Data Center Fund, with responsibility for the asset management as well as assisting in the fund’s operations and strategic direction. Hofheimer has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry working with a variety of product types, with direct experience in acquisitions, dispositions, underwriting and asset management. He earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia. He is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
Paul Lewis
Director, European Data Centres
Principal Real Estate
Paul Lewis joined Principal Real Estate Europe as a data center specialist in May 2021. Before Principal, he held a variety of roles at SEGRO plc. As regional director for SEGRO’s £2 billion Thames Valley portfolio, he had responsibility for 6.2 million square feet of accommodation and 350 customers. Lewis presided over the growth of the group’s largest asset, the Slough Trading Estate, into the pre-eminent data center campus in Europe. In 2020, he became SEGRO’s Director for Group Data Centres. Lewis is a Chartered Surveyor with 30 years’ experience as an asset manager in the industrial and data center sectors. He began his career at Vail Williams.
