Jesse Harty has joined CBRE Investment Management as the head of logistics operator division for the Americas direct real estate division.
In this role, Harty will lead CBRE IM’s logistics investment execution and operations activities across the firm’s core, value-add and development strategies in the United States and will oversee the logistics transactions and asset management teams, which comprise approximately $9.4 billion in assets under management, as of Dec. 31, 2022.
Prior to joining CBRE IM, Harty served as senior vice president at Prologis, where he managed a 55 million-square-foot industrial portfolio across New York and New Jersey. Prior to that, he held the position of Northeast/mid-Atlantic regional manager at Clarion Partners, where he managed a 30 million-square-foot industrial portfolio.
Harty launched his career as an analyst at PwC, working in residential mortgage securities.
