The manager of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust (Sunway REIT) has confirmed that it is in talks to buy retail assets from the Employees Provident Fund (EPF), reported EdgeProp.
Sunway REIT is expected to sign a deal to buy six retail assets worth a combined RM500 million ($111 million) from the EPF.
