What constitutes a desirable light-industrial location has changed, with demand for just-in-time delivery, according to Rene Circ, co-managing partner and chief operating officer for GID Industrial. “Immediacy has become the expectation, in both the business-to-business and the business-to-consumer segments. Being geographically close to the end consumer is paramount to meeting this expectation,” says Circ in an interview published in the November issue of Institutional Real Estate Americas.
