Cofinimmo has acquired a company that plans to build a nursing and care home in Helsinki, Finland.
The nursing and care home will be located about 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) east of Helsinki’s city center, near several trade and public-transport services. The site will have a surface area of 3,900 square meters (41,979 square feet) and will offer 75 intensive-care rooms spread throughout three stories, as well as eight lighter-care rooms on the ground floor.
The investment budget, which includes the plot of land, is €19 million ($22 million). The property already is pre-let to Attendo, one of the largest elderly-care providers in Scandinavia.
