Real I.S. receives Australian real estate mandate

Real I.S. AG has been mandated by a homogeneous group of institutional investors to invest in the Australian real estate market.

A management investment trust is being set up especially for the institutional investors to invest in office real estate via a German special fund eligible for property quotas. The office investments may also be supplemented by investments in retail, hotel and logistics properties.

The investment strategy will enable the institutional investors to expand their asset allocation and thus profit from the positive development of real estate markets in Australia’s major cities.
