ElmTree raises $187m for U.S. net lease fund
ElmTree Funds, a private equity real estate investment firm, has raised $187.3 million so far for its third U.S. net lease fund, as of April 3, 2019, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
A fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.
ElmTree U.S. Net Lease Fund III is a value-added real estate fund that will invest in the net lease, sale-leaseback, and build-to-suit sectors throughout the United States.
ElmTree U.S. Net Lease Fund II held a $325 million final close in 2014.
