CI Institutional Asset Management (CIIAM), a division of CI Investments, has launched a global real estate fund in association with CBRE Global Investment Partners, the multi-manager business of CBRE Global Investors.
CI Global Private Real Estate Fund is a Canada-based trust that will invest indirectly in units of CBRE Global Investment Partners Global Alpha Fund. Through the new CI Global Private Real Estate Fund, high-net-worth investors and smaller Canadian institutions can now gain exposure to the Global Alpha Fund, managed by CBRE Global Investment Partners, an open-end fund with direct investments in more than 1,900 office, retail, logistics and residential properties in more than 20 countries in North America, Europe and Asia Pacificrepresenting a combined net asset value of $2 billion.
