Former GIC VP to manage A$3.5b office fund
Matthew Brown has been appointed to manage Charter Hall’s Prime Office Fund, a A$3.5 billion ($2.8 billion) fund, according to the Financial Standard.
Most recently Brown was senior vice president – deputy head Asia for GIC Real Estate. He was responsible for overseeing the execution of GIC’s Asia real estate investment strategy and managing its existing Asia real estate portfolio. Prior to joining GIC in 2008, Brown also held positions with ING Real Estate and Stockland.
