CPPIB and partner plan to sell Australian shopping centers

Australia-based The Future Fund and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board have plans to sell more than A$600 million ($460 million) of shopping centers in Australia, according to Australian Financial Review.

The assets include the Rockingham Shopping Center, south of Perth, and the Grand Plaza Shopping Center in Browns Plain, Queensland.

Future Fund and CPPIB are co-investors with two unnamed parties.
