Real I.S. launches €1b German property fund

Real I.S. has launched Real I.S. Theme Fund Germany II. The target volume of the fund is expected to be approximately €1 billion ($1.1 billion).

Like its predecessor, the aim of the fund is to develop a diversified German real estate portfolio from office and commercial real estate, supplemented by mixed real estate, logistics and hotels.

The fund will deploy a core and core-plus strategy. This can be limited by manage-to-core to 15 percent of the current gross fund volume. Office investment locations are A and B rated cities.

Real I.S. Theme Fund Germany II is planning an investment horizon of 10 to 12 years plus an investment phase, and aiming at an average annual dividend of 3.5 percent.
