Omni Partners has held a $432 million final close for Omni Secured Lending Fund III, exceeding its $400 million fundraising target, according to IREI’s FundTracker database.
Omni Secured Lending Fund III launched in May 2016, following the $240 million final close of its predecessor, Omni Secured Lending Fund II, in February 2016. The value-added real estate fund will focus on short-term debt opportunities in the U.K. commercial and residential real estate market.
The first fund in the series, Omni Secured Lending Fund I, raised $42 million at its final close in 2014 and has funded 92 loans.
The London-based investment firm currently manages and advises approximately $912 million in assets.
