JCR Capital, Walker & Dunlop's alternative investment management platform, recently published a notice that its JCR Capital Income-Plus Fund 4 (Fund IV) has room for two to three more investments.
The fund has raised $306 million in 2018, and has been deploying capital for three years. Fund IV was backed by an institutional-investor base that included U.S. investors, pension funds, endowments, foundations, RIAs, insurance companies and family offices.
The vehicle will invest in multifamily, industrial, retail and medical-office properties primarily in the Western United States, with some investment in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
