Williams joins DCAM with 27 years of experience leading brokerage, private banking and wealth management businesses. Most recently, Williams was the founder and managing partner of Catalyst Strategic, where he advised and assisted financial services organizations with designing, installing and executing on strategic action plans aligned with their goals and values. Prior to Catalyst, he served as head of national sales and client engagement for Wilmington Trust, an international financial services firm with approximately $153 billion of assets under management.
