In 2023, BlackRock was once again the leading mutual fund revenue sharing partner for Merrill Lynch, Karmen Alexander reported for AdvisorHub.
BlackRock paid Merrill more than $60 million in revenue sharing fees in 2023.
In total, Merrill had 49 revenue sharing partners who paid as much as $211 million in combined support fees, including between $10 million and $19.99 million from American Funds and Federated Hermes and between $5 million and $9.99 million from Fidelity and Franklin Templeton.
