A Conversation with Richard Threlfall

 

Richard Threlfall is head of infrastructure, building and construction with KPMG, and he sits on the KPMG U.K. corporate finance board. Threlfall has spent 20 years financing and structuring infrastructure projects with KPMG as well as in positions with Citigroup and as a civil servant with the U.K. Department for Transport, where he was with the road, rail and aviation departments. From 1996 to 1998, he was Private Secretary to the U.K. Secretary of State for Transport and the Deputy Prime Minister.
