Des Fullam, chief regulatory and client solutions officer at Carne Group, recently sat down with Institutional Investing in Infrastructure editor Kali Arevalo to discuss some of the findings of the company’s recent markets report series, including what’s driving rising interest from retail investors in infrastructure and how significant retail capital could become for the sector. He also touched on how regulatory changes, government initiatives and new fund structures are opening up the asset class to retail investors and how managers are adapting their strategies.
