New Mexico Education Commits to Alternatives

The $9.6 billion New Mexico Educational Retirement Board (NMERB) made three alternative commitments at a recent investment meeting. The plan made an $85 million infrastructure commitment to Caledon Infrastructure Co-investment Fund. In addition, NMERB made a $50 million real estate commitment to RAM Realty Partners and a $50 million private equity commitment to Ares Corporate Opportunity Fund IV.
