Haynes Boone recently released its annual report for the fund finance industry, offering trends and insights on pricing, structures, and facilities, along with predictions for the remainder of 2026. One of the biggest questions regarding the private fund finance market is the size of the market, and the Haynes Boone survey results indicate a fund finance market that participants believe to be between $1.25 trillion and $1.75 trillion, with another 16 percent placing it even higher.
