Eight takeaways: Reflections from the weekly i3 Virtual Roundtables

In April 2020, in order to adjust to what was thought to be a short-term “stay at home” order for the world to flatten the curve of COVID-19, we began hosting small/virtual group discussions to keep up communications between LPs, consultants and GPs. Initially it was designed to be more casual, general discussions about the market like you would have at a networking event. However, as the fallout from COVID-19 accelerated and two-weeks of working virtually became indefinite, we adjusted further and made these meetings more structured hosting them weekly — each Wednesday — and providing three specific topics of discussion in order to take the pulse of what the infrastructure investing community was thinking and keep all of us connected. A list of participants is provided at the end of this column.
