The Washington State Investment Board (WSIB) is committing $500 million to ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund IV and an additional $100 million to a co-investment sidecar.
ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund IV, managed by I Squared Capital, will focus on value-added infrastructure opportunities in the upper-middle market. The vehicle has a target fund size of $15 billion.
The investments will follow the WSIB’s $200 million commitment to ISQ Cube Hydro Co-Investment Fund, a $250 million commitment to ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund II, a $25 million co-investment in I Squared Transportation Europe II, a $350 million commitment to ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III and a $150 million commitment to ISQ Co-Investment Fund III (Orcas).
