The Waterways and Shipping Office of Neckar (WSA Neckar) has launched tenders seeking developers for a building yard P3 project in Germany, according to InfraPPP.
A building yard maintains, cares and repairs structural systems of the waterway and shipping administration.
The private partner will be responsible for the planning, construction and provision of operational services, such as the maintenance of the buildings and facilities in the building yard.
The scope of services of the contractor includes the new construction of the building, the structural fittings and technical systems. It also includes the creation of outdoor facilities and open spaces. Located in Heilbronn, the project will be located on a new site and will be redesigned to meet modern requirements.
