Vinci Partners Investments has partnered with renewable company Gradiente Energias Renováveis as part of a new strategy to be managed by Vinci Partners’ infrastructure segment.
The partnership is planning to develop three clean energy–focused projects in Brazil, which represent R$2.5 billion ($453 million) in investments. The projects involve the construction of a solar power complex in the state of Bahia, and of a wind-farm complex in the state of Rio Grande do Sul.
Both projects were developed by Gradiente, a company within Grupo Electra.
