Vauban Infrastructure Partners selects senior adviser, rail sector

by Kali Persall

Vauban Infrastructure Partners has appointed Patrick Jeantet as senior adviser, focused on the rail sector.

Vauban, which has 15 years of expertise in the sector and more than €1.6 billion ($1.3 billion) invested in transport assets, has observed strong momentum in the rail sector.

Jeantet will bring more than 35 years of industry experience to his new role. Most recently, he served as chairman and CEO of French railway network SNCF Réseau, and he was vice chairman of the SNCF group prior to that. Earlier in his career, he was the deputy CEO of Aéroports de Paris. Jeantet also served as chairman of the management board of the Keolis group last year.
