Vauban Infrastructure Partners has acquired Towerlink France, an urban edge data center platform formerly part of Cellnex’s portfolio, through its Vauban Infra Fibre (VIF) platform.
VIF, Vauban’s dedicated digital infrastructure platform, is a French company backed by funds from Vauban Infrastructure Partners, entities of Crédit Agricole Assurances and Raffles, a subsidiary of GIC. The platform unites a diversified portfolio of brownfield assets and plays a central role in supporting the development of resilient, high-quality digital infrastructure.
In October 2025, Cellnex entered into a put-option agreement to sell 99.99 percent of Towerlink France to VIF. The transaction was expected to fetch €391 million ($463 million) in cash for Cellnex.
Founded in 2018, Towerlink (now rebranded Société D’Exploitation et de Gestion d’
