Valley Water has launched an RFQ for an expedited water program public-private partnership (P3), according to InfraPPP.
The private partner will be responsible for developing up to 45,000 acre-feet per year of purified water for indirect and/or direct potable reuse to supplement groundwater recharge from other existing sources.
The partner will undertake the project through a design, construction, financing, operations, maintenance and management contract.
