Tishman Speyer acquires 502-unit residential community in Atlanta

Tishman Speyer has acquired a 502-unit residential community in the Sandy Springs suburb north of Atlanta for an undisclosed amount.

The community, Avia at North Springs, will be renamed Randolph Perimeter. Apartments at Randolph Perimeter range in size from studios to three bedrooms. Amenities include a clubhouse, two outdoor pools, tennis courts and a children’s playground. Randolph Perimeter also boasts a series of wooded walking trails throughout the 18.6-acre property and a boardwalk overlooking a nature preserve.

The community is directly adjacent to the GA-400, a highway that links northern Atlanta with Buckhead and Midtown Atlanta, and it is located only two miles from the Central Perimeter, Atlanta’s largest employment hub.
