The iliad Group and InfraVia close deal for 50% of European data center subsidiary OpCore

The iliad Group has sold a 50 percent stake in OpCore, its data center subsidiary, to InfraVia Capital.

The transaction was previously announced in December 2024, giving OpCore an enterprise value of €860 million ($947 million).

The Iliad Group and InfraVia plan to pour more than €2.5 billion ($2.8 billion) of investments into OpCore, giving it the financial structure it needs to capitalize on the booming European hyperscale data center market by developing new 100-megawatt data centers in France and Europe.

The goal is to shape OpCore into a major independent European hyperscale data center platform. Several construction projects are already under way.
