The $28 billion Employees Retirement System of Texas has committed €100 million ($114 million) to ARDIAN Infrastructure Fund V, according to Meagan Hoffman, senior operational due diligence analyst for the retirement system.
The private infrastructure fund is managed by Ardian Investment U.K. The fund will invest in diversified energy and transportation assets in the United States.
Ardian is a global private investment house with assets of $82 billion under management or advisement.
