Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, the trading name of Metropolitan Housing Trust Ltd. (MHT) and Thames Valley Housing Association (TVHA), is looking to appoint a 50:50 joint venture partner to deliver the £800 million ($1.04 billion) Clapham Park Phase 2 Estate Regeneration Project in London, according to InfraPPP.
The partner will provide investment and expertise to the corporate joint-venture entity to deliver the project, involving the development of up to 16 sites across the Clapham Park Estate. The estate regeneration project is expected to create a safe, inclusive series of neighborhoods between three local centers: Clapham, Brixton and Streatham Hill.
The building program will last 15 years and is expected to end in 2035. Metropolitan Living Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of MHT, will enter into the JV agreement with the selected partner.
