telMAX, a Canadian fiber internet, TV and phone provider, has collected C$215 million ($153 million) in new growth financing via a structured investment from Hamilton Lane and an upsized credit facility from Power Sustainable Infrastructure Credit (PSIC), telMAX’s existing financing partner, and a new financing provider — Palistar Capital.
Funds managed by Hamilton Lane are providing C$105 million ($75 million), while PSIC and Palistar Capital are increasing a credit facility with the company by C$110 million (approximately $82 million). This represents one of the largest growth financings secured by an independent Canadian digital infrastructure firm.
After receiving a senior credit facility from Power Sustainable in 2025, telMAX has continued to execute at speed, extending its 100 percent pure fiber-optic network to the Ontario towns of Barrie, Markham and Oakville, while continuing to build and operate its infrastructure footprint across the Greater Toronto Area
