Dallas-based Tailwater Capital has launched its fourth United States–based energy infrastructure fund, according to an SEC Form D filing.
Tailwater Capital is a growth-oriented middle-market private equity firm focused exclusively on the energy industry. The firm currently manages $2.7 billion in committed capital.
The previous fund in the series, Tailwater Energy Fund III, invested across the midstream value chain, raising $1 billion in capital at its final close, which took place last July.
