SUSI Partners has launched a platform for the development of utility-scale renewable energy assets in the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and other Southeast Asian markets.
The platform will focus on the greenfield development of solar photovoltaics, wind and hydro assets with the ability to continue through financing, construction and operation of the assets. Pacific Impact Development, which has a local presence in all the target markets, will act as the developer and project manager for the platform.
SUSI Partners is launching the platform through its Asia Energy Transition Fund (SAETF), which invests in sustainable energy infrastructure investments across clean-power-generation, energy-efficiency and clean-energy-enabling solutions across Southeast Asia. The vehicle held its first closing in June 2021.
