SUSI Partners, a Switzerland-based specialist investment manager focused on energy-transition infrastructure, has agreed to become part of U.K. specialist asset manager Gresham House to drive investment performance and value creation.
As part of the agreement, SUSI Partners’ investment strategies, products and portfolio-management teams will be combined with Gresham House’s U.K.-focused energy-transition infrastructure division to more than double its size to about €3.1 billion ($3.7 billion) in assets under management and significantly expand its reach.
The combined energy-transition business will rank among Europe’s top 10 in energy-transition asset managers by assets under management.
By combining SUSI Partners’ comprehensive mid-market energy-transition investment capabilities across equity and credit with Gresham House’s U.K. experience in the battery energy storage market, the transaction will provide clients with a broader range of strategies
