The sales price was not disclosed. The seller was Trimont.
Built in 2014, the 96.3 percent occupied property features fully furnished one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units ranging from 369 square feet to 1,128 square feet. The units include in-unit washers and dryers, stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.
