Stonepeak has formed a long-term partnership with Inspired Education Group, a global group of premium schools, through which Stonepeak will make a €1 billion ($1.1 billion) minority investment in the company.
Inspired is a co-educational, nondenominational, international provider of private schools that currently educates more than 55,000 students. The global group includes more than 70 premium schools in 20 countries on five continents.
With Stonepeak’s backing, Inspired will further accelerate its growth and global expansion through the development of new school campuses, continued investment in innovation and selective acquisitions of key schools.
Following the investment, founder Nadim Nsouli will continue to lead and control Inspired.
