Stonepeak has acquired BMO Financial Group’s transportation finance and vendor finance businesses in the United States and Canada and launched the independent company as Longview Capital Solutions.
Longview is a commercial equipment finance platform serving customers across North America and one of the largest lenders to the commercial truck and trailer segment. Built on decades of industry experience, the company provides customized financing solutions across transportation, logistics, construction, agriculture, healthcare, technology, vendor finance and other essential industries. These solutions are delivered through two specialized lines of business: Longview Transportation Finance and Longview Vendor Finance.
As Longview transitions to operating independently, customers will continue working with the same experienced teams and the same systems and maintain their existing relationships, agreements and service arrangements.
