by Released

Stockland has submitted plans for a $2 billion data center that would replace nearly half of its west Melbourne distribution site, according to The Urban Developer.

The proposed facility would occupy just under half of Stockland’s existing distribution center at 413 Francis St. in Brooklyn’s industrial precinct, about 10 kilometers, or 6.2 miles, from Melbourne’s central business district. The broader site spans 22 hectares, or 54.4 acres.
